نحن في شركة مدارات ٣٦٥ نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية باعتبارها أمانة. هذه الصفحة تشرح بلغة واضحة: أي بيانات نجمعها، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها، وكم نحتفظ بها، وما هي حقوقك وكيف تمارسها. تسري هذه السياسة على موقع mdarat365.com وجميع النماذج والخدمات الإلكترونية فيه. At MDARAT365 Company we treat your personal data as a trust. This page explains in plain language: what data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what your rights are and how to exercise them. This policy applies to mdarat365.com and to every form and online service on it.

02البيانات التي نجمعهاThe data we collect

نجمع الحدّ الأدنى الذي نحتاجه فعلاً لخدمتك — لا أكثر: We collect the minimum we actually need to serve you — no more:

أ. بيانات تقدّمها أنت بنفسكA. Data you give us yourself

• في نماذج التواصل والطلبات (تواصل معنا، طلب شراء مركبة، التأجير، النقل، الفعاليات): الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، طريقة التواصل المفضلة، المدينة، وتفاصيل طلبك (مثل نوع المركبة أو حجم الأسطول أو تفاصيل الفعالية). In contact and request forms (contact, vehicle purchase request, rental, transport, events): name, mobile number, e‑mail, preferred contact method, city, and the details of your request (such as vehicle type, fleet size or event details).
• في طلب الشراء الإلكتروني: إضافةً لما سبق، رقم الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة أو السجل التجاري، وذلك حصراً لإتمام إجراءات البيع وإصدار الفاتورة الضريبية ونقل الملكية. In an online purchase order: in addition to the above, your National ID / Iqama / Commercial Registration number, used solely to complete the sale, issue the tax invoice and transfer ownership.
• عند مراسلتنا عبر البريد أو واتساب: محتوى رسالتك وبيانات التواصل التي تظهر فيها. When you message us by e‑mail or WhatsApp: the content of your message and the contact details it carries.

ب. بيانات تُجمع تلقائياًB. Data collected automatically

• عنوان الـ IP: يُستخدم فقط للحدّ من الإرسال الآلي المسيء على النماذج، ويُحذف تلقائياً خلال ٢٤ ساعة. لا نربطه ببيانات طلبك ولا نستخدمه للتتبّع. IP address: used only to rate‑limit abusive automated form submissions, and deleted automatically within 24 hours. It is not linked to your request and is not used for tracking.
• سجلات تشغيل تقنية لدى مزوّد الاستضافة (نوع المتصفح، الصفحة المطلوبة، وقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان واستقرار الخدمة. Technical operational logs at our hosting provider (browser type, requested page, request time) for security and service stability.
• قياس زيارات مجمَّع عبر Cloudflare Web Analytics: عدد زيارات كل صفحة، ونوع الجهاز، والبلد، والموقع الذي أتيت منه. لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا بصمة جهاز، ولا يتتبّعك عبر المواقع الأخرى، ولا يبني ملفاً شخصياً عنك — الأرقام مجمَّعة ولا نستطيع الرجوع منها إلى زائر بعينه. غرضه الوحيد معرفة أي صفحات تفيد عملاءنا فنحسّنها. Aggregate traffic measurement via Cloudflare Web Analytics: page visit counts, device type, country, and referring site. It uses no cookies and no device fingerprinting, does not track you across other sites, and builds no profile of you — the figures are aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual visitor. Its only purpose is to learn which pages serve our customers so we can improve them.
• تفضيل اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي) يُحفَظ داخل متصفحك أنت ولا يُرسل إلينا. Your language preference (Arabic/English) is stored inside your own browser and is never sent to us.

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز) للتتبّع أو الإعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك لشبكات إعلانية، ولا نجمع بيانات موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا نتتبّعك عبر المواقع الأخرى. الكوكيز الوحيد الذي نستخدمه هو كوكيز جلسة تسجيل الدخول للوحة تحكم موظفينا — ولا يمسّ زوّار الموقع. أداة القياس المذكورة أعلاه بلا كوكيز أصلاً، ولهذا لا يحتاج الموقع إلى بانر موافقة على الكوكيز. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not sell your data to ad networks, we do not collect precise geolocation, and we do not track you across other sites. The only cookie we set is the staff dashboard login‑session cookie, which does not affect site visitors. The measurement tool described above is cookie‑free, which is why this site needs no cookie consent banner.

03لماذا نجمعها والأساس النظاميWhy we collect it, and the legal basis

تعبئة النماذج اختيارية تماماً، لكن الحقول المعلَّمة بعلامة * ضرورية للرد عليك — بدونها لن نتمكّن من معالجة طلبك. Filling in our forms is entirely optional, but fields marked * are necessary for us to reply — without them we cannot process your request.

04مع من نشارك بياناتكWho we share your data with

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها — إطلاقاً. نشاركها فقط في هذه الحالات المحدودة: We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only in these limited cases:

• مزوّدو الخدمة التقنية: شركة Cloudflare لاستضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات وتوجيه البريد وقياس الزيارات المجمَّع، وذلك بموجب اتفاقية معالجة بيانات. هي الطرف الخارجي الوحيد الذي تمرّ عليه بياناتك. Technical service providers: Cloudflare for site hosting, database, e‑mail routing and aggregate traffic measurement, under a data processing agreement. It is the only external party your data passes through.
• شركاء التنفيذ عند الحاجة فقط: وكيل الشحن أو شركة النقل أو جهة التمويل — ولا نشارك إلا ما يلزم لتنفيذ طلبك أنت، وبعلمك. Fulfilment partners, only when needed: a shipping agent, transport company or financing entity — sharing only what is required to deliver your request, and with your knowledge.
• الجهات الحكومية المختصة: عند وجود طلب نظامي أو قضائي ملزم، أو للوفاء بالتزام نظامي. Competent government authorities: upon a binding legal or judicial request, or to meet a legal obligation.

05نقل البيانات خارج المملكةTransfers outside the Kingdom

تُخزَّن بيانات طلباتك في بنية سحابية موزّعة تديرها Cloudflare، وقد تُعالَج أو تُخزَّن نسخ منها في مراكز بيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم ذلك وفق ضوابط نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية بشأن النقل خارج الحدود، وبموجب ضمانات تعاقدية مع المزوّد تلزمه بحماية البيانات وعدم استخدامها لغير الغرض المتفق عليه. بإرسالك النموذج فأنت على علم بهذا النقل وتوافق عليه. Your request data is stored on a distributed cloud infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, and copies may be processed or stored in data centres outside Saudi Arabia. This is done under the cross‑border transfer controls of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, and under contractual safeguards obliging the provider to protect the data and not use it for any other purpose. By submitting a form you are informed of and consent to this transfer.

06مدة الاحتفاظHow long we keep it

• طلبات لم تتحوّل إلى تعامل تجاري: حتى ٢٤ شهراً من آخر تواصل، ثم تُتلَف. Enquiries that did not become a transaction: up to 24 months from the last contact, then destroyed.
• طلبات وعقود تمّت فعلياً: ١٠ سنوات التزاماً بمتطلبات حفظ الدفاتر والفواتير الضريبية في المملكة. Completed orders and contracts: 10 years, to comply with Saudi bookkeeping and tax‑invoice retention requirements.
• سجلات الحدّ من الإساءة (IP): ٢٤ ساعة. Abuse rate‑limit records (IP): 24 hours.

بعد انتهاء المدة تُتلَف البيانات أو تُجعَل مجهولة الهوية بحيث لا يمكن ربطها بك. After the retention period the data is destroyed or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.

07حقوقكYour rights

يمنحك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة الحقوق التالية، ونحن ملتزمون بتمكينك منها مجاناً: The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights, and we are committed to enabling them free of charge:

• حق العلم: أن تعرف لماذا تُجمع بياناتك والأساس النظامي لذلك — وهذا ما تقرأه الآن.Right to be informed: to know why your data is collected and on what legal basis — which is what you are reading now.
• حق الوصول: أن تطّلع على بياناتك لدينا.Right of access: to see the data we hold about you.
• حق الحصول على نسخة: بصيغة واضحة وقابلة للقراءة.Right to obtain a copy: in a clear, readable format.
• حق التصحيح: تعديل أي بيانات غير صحيحة أو ناقصة أو قديمة.Right to rectification: correcting inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
• حق الإتلاف: طلب حذف بياناتك متى لم نعد بحاجة إليها ولم يوجد التزام نظامي بحفظها.Right to erasure: requesting deletion when we no longer need the data and no legal duty requires keeping it.
• حق سحب الموافقة: في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على معالجة تمّت قبل السحب.Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على [email protected] موضّحاً طلبك ورقمك المرجعي إن وُجد. نردّ خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحدّ أقصى. وقد نطلب ما يثبت هويتك قبل التنفيذ — حمايةً لك من أن يطلب غيرك بياناتك. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] stating your request and your reference number if you have one. We respond within 30 days at most. We may ask you to verify your identity first — to protect you from someone else requesting your data.

وإن لم تقتنع بردّنا، من حقك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بالإشراف على تطبيق النظام في المملكة (الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي — سدايا). If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom (the Saudi Data & AI Authority — SDAIA).

08كيف نحمي بياناتكHow we protect your data

• تشفير كامل للاتصال (HTTPS/TLS) على كل صفحات الموقع، مع فرض التشفير عبر HSTS.Full transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) across the site, enforced with HSTS.
• كلمات مرور الموظفين مخزَّنة مُجزّأة (PBKDF2) ولا تُحفَظ كنص صريح إطلاقاً.Staff passwords are stored hashed (PBKDF2) and never in plain text.
• وصول محدود بصلاحيات — لا يطّلع على بياناتك إلا من يحتاجها لتنفيذ طلبك.Role‑based access — only staff who need your data to fulfil your request can see it.
• قفل تلقائي بعد محاولات دخول فاشلة، وحدّ لمعدّل الطلبات، وحماية النماذج من الإرسال الآلي.Automatic lockout after failed logins, request rate limiting, and anti‑bot protection on forms.
• رؤوس حماية على مستوى الخادم (CSP, X-Frame-Options, nosniff) للحدّ من هجمات المتصفح.Server‑level security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, nosniff) to mitigate browser‑side attacks.

ورغم ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪. إن اشتبهنا في وقوع تسريب يمسّ بياناتك، سنُبلغ الجهة المختصة ونُبلغك أنت وفق ما يوجبه النظام. Even so, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we suspect a breach affecting your data, we will notify the competent authority and notify you, as the law requires.

09خصوصية الأطفالChildren's privacy

خدماتنا موجَّهة للبالغين والمنشآت. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة. إن علمنا بجمع بيانات قاصر دون موافقة وليّه، سنُتلفها فوراً. Our services are directed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected a minor's data without guardian consent, we will destroy it immediately.

10روابط الجهات الأخرىThird‑party links

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع أو تطبيقات لا نديرها (مثل واتساب). هذه السياسة لا تسري عليها، ونشجّعك على قراءة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. The site may link to services we do not operate (such as WhatsApp). This policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.

11تحديثات هذه السياسةUpdates to this policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة كلما تغيّرت خدماتنا أو المتطلبات النظامية. تاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور في أعلى الصفحة، وأي تغيير جوهري سنُشير إليه بوضوح هنا. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني علمك بالنسخة الجديدة. We may update this policy whenever our services or legal requirements change. The last‑updated date appears at the top of this page, and any material change will be clearly flagged here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are aware of the new version.
